Helper Control lets you adjust AI helper wage costs in the General Settings.
How it works:
• The mod keeps the standard game helper wage system.
• When the game charges an AI helper wage, the mod detects the current work type and applies the configured wage percentage.
• You can use one global value for all helper work or set individual values for specific work types.
• Work types include cultivating/plowing, seeding/planting, fertilizing/spraying, harvesting, mowing/grass work, baling, transport/driving and other helper work.
• Settings are saved separately for each savegame.
• 100% means standard game behavior.
Compatibility:
If Courseplay or another mod also changes helper wages, wage multipliers may be applied together. For predictable results, keep other helper wage settings at 100% if Helper Control is used as the main wage controller.
